I made it to Mai Thai, in Downtown Boise this last weekend with some of my girlfriends. We had a great time and had some wonderful food. I had the Swimming Angel with Chicken - it was stir fried chicken and spinach in peanut sauce. I loved it. The girls had Drunken Noodles and the Pad Thai, all of them loved their food.

I really like Mai Thai in Downtown Boise because it always kicks off a night downtown with a nice meal in a relaxing atmosphere. Plus, it’s a nice base for having a few drinks!
